However, after finding Apex Exteriors Inc., they were glad everything worked out exactly as it had (maybe wishing they’d found us sooner).

High Winds Leading To Home Siding Damage
Back in 2021, high winds did significant damage to Brandy and Mark’s home. The siding needed repair, so they began reaching out to exterior remodelers in their area.
It didn’t go well.
Many contractors didn’t even respond to them, and they weren’t sure why. Could it have been that the job wasn’t big enough for them? They thought that could be the case.
What did that mean for Brandy and Mark’s home? What could they do?
“In August of 2021, the siding of our house was damaged by high winds. We went through numerous companies, and they either never called us back or it wasn’t a big enough job that was worth the resources.”
Some exterior remodeling companies don’t like projects they consider “too small.” And sometimes, they won’t even respond to homeowners in need.
Apex Exteriors operates with our community’s best interest at heart.
In addition, communication is key to our success. We don’t give homeowners the runaround, and we don’t ignore people. It’s just not who we are.

One Year Later…
Around a year later, the damage Brandy and Mark had trouble finding a company to fix had worsened. Their siding needed repairing, and they couldn’t wait any longer.
Brandy started making calls again.
She reached out to three more contractors – Apex Exteriors was one of them.
Brandy appreciated our professionalism and how quickly we got back to her. After she explained her situation, we set up a consultation to inspect her home’s siding and recommend a solution.
“A year went by, and the damage from more high winds escalated. I eventually contacted three more companies to explain our situation, and Apex called me back within the hour, set up a visit, and had the job done within two weeks at a reasonable cost.”
In just two weeks, the long-overdue repairs to Brandy’s home were completed. She and Mark could finally move on from the year-long struggle.
Their home was made whole again, and they now had a trusted exterior remodeling contractor for any future needs or wants.

From our office staff to one of our representatives, Gary, who met with them and gave them an estimate, everything went smoothly.
“Their customer service team was responsive and followed through, as did Gary, who came out and did the estimate. I am grateful for Apex and the quick turnaround and care they put into putting my house back together.”
