How Long Will It Take To Replace My Commercial Roof?
Project timelines on commercial flat or low-sloped roofs vary based on the size, scope, materials used and general complexity of your actual building’s roof in question. Another good example that impacts a project timeline would be are we doing a complete tear-off of the old roof? If so, that’s going to add time to the project schedule. Compare that with what is known as a “layover” in our industry, which like the name suggests, is the process of laying over the new roof to the existing older one which will inevitably decrease the time to completion. Apex Exteriors does hold local licenses in all applicable cities and municipalities that require contractors to be licensed for all work performed in Illinois. We are also insured with an umbrella policy of $5,000,000 in coverage.
Being “bonded” basically translates to that we (Apex Exteriors, Inc.) have purchased a surety bond, also known as a third-party guarantee that is built to protect you financially if we were to fail to complete the job you contracted us to perform, or if we were to violate the terms of our agreement/contract, and lastly, if we were to fail to pay our suppliers or applicable subcontractors.We can also pull any required permits in your city/municipality per your request.
